Whilst my fingers are failing to dance across the computer keyboard they are happily playing a tune on my musical keyboard. My first EVER lesson went very well. I was told I was very good (even though I made a bunch of mistakes). What I lack in skill I make up for in tenacity, I have always said that. Hopefully I will able to combine my writing skills with my piano playing and be the next Kate Nash. Shame I can't sing huh!

I'm a natural

That's really encouraging :o) You'll probably find as you improve that being able to pick out the right key on the piano helps you to sing better as well...honest!
ReplyDeleteI was singing a long to the Grasshopper and even though I have no idea how it goes I did think I sounded slightly less tone dead than usual.
